• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and acceptance by the Foundation.
• Coaching fees must be paid through the approved online payment gateway.
• Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of coaches and officials.
• The Foundation reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, coaches, or programmes whenever necessary.
• Participation in sports activities is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the participant is medically fit to participate.
• The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation in cases of misconduct or violation of programme rules.
