Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Coaching fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds will be considered only if a programme is cancelled by the Foundation or in exceptional circumstances approved by the management.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
• Requests for cancellation or refunds must be submitted in writing to the Foundation.
